Regarding our last conversation, you mentioned helping me with creating routine and structure to improve behaviour and sleep. I would appreciate an editable routine template.

If this is specifically a bedtime routine then typically I would include things like: Brush Teeth, Put on pajamas, Read a book, etc. We want quiet, calm activities before bed. Let me know what kind of routine you are specifically looking for!
