day 2 of potty training

Joshua has had accidents in his underwear but he still won’t pee in the toilet for day 1. We are on day 2. My husband did the morning shift and I’m doing the night shift. I have changed to every 10- 15 minutes to the BR during dinner time bc he is really motivated for lance peanut butter crackers and he drank. So far we went 3 times within 40 minutes and no pee. I will still continue it . What should I do?
