The past 2 days my son has gone with no accidents with 75-90mins intervals. What is the next step?
Also am struggling with the reward system as he started rejecting the item we discussed as a reward during my one on one call by the 2nd day. Now we’ve just been verbally praising. Any suggestions?

EXCELLENT PROGRESS! Next is to keep rewarding and start widening that window, he has to have an oppurtunity now to hear nature call and respond to it. If he has an accident take data around it and make him clean the mess up with you.
If he's refusing the original suggested reward I want you to study how he's spending his day, what does he like to do.. what can you enhance on? Does he like wrapped presents? Does he like water play, (bath, shower), does he like piggy back rides.. does he like balloons? Would he like a car ride.. think outside the box, watch how he spends his days currently and come back and tell me your ideas.
