Potty training

Should you force the child to sit on the potty when they are feeling the urge to go . Colton becomes frightened when the urge is strong and wants off and will throw a fit if you don’t let him off . Also where can I find Michelle’s link for her workshop tomorrow . Thanks

Answer:

We never want to force, we want to encourage. Can we work on sitting neutrally with a timer and setting the goal time to sit something easy for him? As soon as the timer goes off he can get up and you can give him a little reward. We want to make sure he's happy to sit anytime you ask first!

Let me know.

Apologies, I didn't post the link in time but the replay is here: https://vimeo.com/923015417?share=copy
